Max: 70s. ~80 min of "lost" block production over 4 hours. Verified independently across 3 RPCs (rpc.pulsechain.com, rpc-pulsechain.g4mm4.io, my own indexer) - identical block timestamps, so not an artifact. Hourly miss rate jumped from 5% to 29% in a single hour. All gaps are exact multiples of 10s - proposers missing slots, not slow execution. No public PulseChain client release in April 2026 explains the timing. lighthouse-pulse v2.5.1 was 2026-03-28; go-pulse hasn't shipped since 2025-09-30. Anyone in the validator community know what's happening?
