He was senior military assistant to SecDef Austin during the 2021 DoD COVID vaccine mandate rollout/enforcement. In March 2025, as Chief, he ordered Army-wide review of all GOMORs tied to mandate refusals.
On Spc. Karoline Stancik (Army National Guard): Post-Moderna, she had 3 heart attacks + stroke at 24, required pacemaker. Denied line-of-duty status/insurance initially; Herridge investigation linked records to vaccine, leading to medical retirement + back pay (still resolving VA debt). She says Gen. George ignored her case pre-probe.
