Just had a thought I wanted to throw out there… @ericjackson what if instead of rushing into dividends early with $SRXH the company used that same capital over the next quarter–quarter and a half for a major share buyback? Tighten the float. Strengthen the price. Let the market fully re-rate EMJX + Gen2 as it proves itself. $SRXH is similar to $OPEN in one key way: retail ownership is very high (~96–99%). To push the price up, retail needs to hold & not panic selling on every dip or rumor. Dilution is largely priced in. S-4 is filed. The re-rating spiral starts when retail stops shaking itself out.

@ThaRealGoatQwam @alaskaboatguy Sad to say, the S4 dilution was not from the new shares issued. It was the dilutive nature of Eric’s role and stakes. Why would we want the new Gen2 company to be run by the same CEO who ran the company down to peanuts in the first place…

@alaskaboatguy Hi Cap Mike. 👋 The re rating is still not happening yet despite the S4 filed. 😢 Wish Eric will come out and say something as the incoming Head of Asset Management on what we can expect from $SRXH moving forward and it’s short and long term plan and goals.
