@Cryptogal3 @BoyGeorge @JeffDye There were literally zero gay kids in my school in the 80s too. Im assuming you are not a homophobe (unlikely I know), so you might be able to work out why

@BoyGeorge @JeffDye Can you explain why there were very few real trans kids when we were young in the 80s? And why do some women have 3 or 4 trans kids? What are the odds?

@roisinmurphy really has lost the plot hasn't she? Well she really isn't a friend to "gays" - my friend told me that when he was at school she used to bully him for being gay. Homophobic teenager to transphobic adult isn't really that big of a leap...

@DanT04957782905 @KateBMwriting By the way you are not "G.C. Left", there is no left wing interpretation of a fascist genocidal movement that wishes to eradicate trans and intersex people.

@DanT04957782905 @KateBMwriting - Eden would be called a "man", be misgendered. Have to be banned from spaces she's used all her life. If she was in a job for women - then sacked immediately. Etc. Etc. It's why the Lemkin Institute for Genocide studies calls her movement genocidal in intent.

"LGB Alliance" CEO just outright calling intersex cís women "men" now. After years of them saying intersex=/=trans (It isn't) and now they just conflate the two groups as their hated "men" In a sane country they'd be stripped of charitable status x.com/KateBMwriting/…

A man won a gold medal at the Olympics for punching a woman in the face. There’s nothing theoretical about men invading women’s sports. It’s happening.

@Hendasow LMAO, you people are such comical fundamentalists. Eden's sex was literally assigned at birth, and it makes a LOT of difference to her and how she's treated. Not that fascists are going to care about her consent x.com/oolon/status/2…
James Billingham@oolon

@PeregrineT49351 @proudbiwoman @KateBMwriting There's also something very different with saying that someone like Eden Atwood here, intersex activist, has "typically male" chromosomes. She does, but she grew up a girl, Drs found out when she was CAIS 14 but didn't tell her. So she was an adult when she found out -

@oolon No one is 'assigned sex at birth'. Sex is determined at conception and is immutable. trust you aren't filling the heads of your daughters with this nonsense

@oolon Correction, gender critical are not in the no errors camp. Sex recording at birth can go wrong. Someone might tick the wrong box after observing correctly and some intersex conditions may not be classified correctly.

@DanT04957782905 @KateBMwriting No, she misgenders all intersex people, according to whatever her cult thinks makes someone "M" or "F" today. This was the dogma a year back, I understand it's changed now... Great for intersex people to be told they're one then the other each few months x.com/oolon/status/1…
James Billingham@oolon

@lunettaporchett @MonkEmma @DierCara I'll help you out, why are the same "DSDs" on both sides of your chart? If not the Difference in Sex Development that determines "sex", then what does? In the text it seems to be someone's opinion on how "masculinised" a person is *cough* black intersex athletes *cough*

@oolon @KateBMwriting But Kate's comments are entirely in the context of sport...and Indeed a sport with a specific enhanced risk of injury to women were sex is ignored. If you ignored this context then thats your omission.

@oolon My heart goes out to people who were raised from birth as female only later to realise they did not go through female puberty. But when they are biological males, their tragedy does not entitle them to inflict harm on others

@oolon @iamaerell "brought up as girls" and "F on birth cert" If this is how you're describing a person is pretty clear that it's a male you're talking about.

@davidoff31249 @MadelaineLucyH My Dad's 91, remembers going to see craters from German bombs. He told me there have always been stupid racist people in the country. Your "homogenous nation" never existed, but we are a lot better off for having people from lots of cultures here.

My best friend is Muslim, and she has been fasting. I’m not a Muslim, and I don’t. We joke about it. She’s going to a white CoE funeral, and calls me to ask what the norms are and what to wear and say. This summer, I’ll be going to a family wedding with her and asking the same. Because that’s integration. That’s how you build a society that works. We don’t all have to be the same. We just need to have policies that allow for proper mixing and insight.

@JohnRawlin92241 @KateBMwriting She's not a man, not even by the terf influenced UK law and the Supreme Court ruling. You can argue she has an advantage - women with PCOS definitely do as they're massively over represented in the Olympics. That's separate to my point x.com/oolon/status/2…

@oolon @KateBMwriting A man punched a woman in the face and was awarded a medal for it. He has 5-ARD, hence his muscular build and strength due to male puberty. No major contradictory evidence has emerged overturning the 5-ARD claim. You're an embarrassment.

@DanT04957782905 @KateBMwriting I said nothing about sport, misgendering intersex women for her crazy ideology hurts tens of thousands. Threatens to up end their entire lives if it was ever legislated on.

@oolon @KateBMwriting The condition people have isnt 'good' or 'bad' but the specifics are entirely relevant to the context. In terms of sport people with 5ARD have gone through male puberty &have multiple advantage over women. This is unfair in any sport but in boxing is downright dangerous.

- didn't match the typical for a person of their gender identity didn't matter to them. Their identity was fixed and independent of having say male or female typical chromosomes / gonads / hormone levels... Their gender identity was innate and separate.

Unlike their memes, he also didn't coin the term "Gender Identity", he used "Gender Role" - which he thought was easy to change and 100% socialised, not innate. Stoller and Greenson coined Gender Identity, and commented on intersex people's identity - having "biology" that -
nyara@nyaraVT

John Money thought changing someone's genitalia changes their gender identity. TERFs think someone's genitalia determines their gender identity. John Money thought insisting a boy is a girl makes them one. TERFs think insisting a trans girl is a cîs boy makes them one.
