Why has he never been criminally prosecuted for this behaviour, why is it normalised??

@MarimaSipho Hi Sipho. I’m in the market for good road running shoes. Are these good and what brand?

Brown Mogotsi has admitted before the commission that his statements aren’t backed up by facts and are mere allegations.
It was put to him by the commissioner that Mkhwanazi testified before the commission that he lives in Hillcrest meanwhile, Mogotsi said that the General’s home is in Umhlanga Ridge and Cat Matlala had visited General Mkhwanazi there.
He received and acknowledged the statement raised by Adv Baloyi that he is using the platform to make allegations and he confirmed this by saying he wants to “say his side of the story”

The signature move of the South African government when they want to allow criminal activities is to incapacitate their threat and deliberately run them down to no point of being impactful.
e.g. SAPS, NPA and currently seeing the military.

I think towards the end of your statement here, you could’ve been specific to say the lack of proper public administration is one of the issues of an ailing healthcare public system among those such as having to service undocumented foreign nationals. You are indeed a unionist but perhaps, take your stance without drawing politics to it. This is a public discourse.

For the past two days, I have been visiting my local public clinic for a medical check- up. Yes — a public clinic.
(Nywe- nywe: “He' s a multi- billionaire, he' s out of touch, his dogs cost millions”… Please).
By the way, all the patience I interacted with were South Africans. I have been a long- time patient at the same clinic. An experience of one clinic or hospital cannot be used to generalise about the entire country. That does not mean issues may not exist in some facilities — South Africa has 3, 3,477 public clinics — but this lazy scapegoating simply does not match what I witnessed.
What I did see, and what nurses told me, is far more troubling.
They explained that they went through the entire winter without electricity. Copper thieves stripped the lines, and Eskom allegedly refused to reconnect because the City supposedly owes them. From April to the end of September, nurses came to work every day under unbearable conditions. They described how they stood outside whenever possible just to warm themselves in the sun.
Patients brought them flasks of tea and warm food. A neighbour opened her home so nurses and staff could use her microwave — even her shower — until it became unsustainable. This is how workers and communities kept the clinic running when the state failed them.
Most heartbreaking of all:
Dr Renu Cajee, the doctor attached to the clinic, died in August after two weeks of complaining about severe back pain. I sincerely hope there was no link between her suffering and the freezing conditions she and the staff endured.
May the soul of Dr Renu Cajee — a dedicated and compassionate servant of our public health system — rest in eternal peace.
Had I known any of this earlier, I would have taken it up immediately with both the Premier and the Mayor. In my experience, they respond quickly. I have no doubt they will be shocked to learn what these workers and patients have been forced to endure.
This is the real crisis in our health system — not the xenophobic myths used to distract the public from collapsing services and profound state neglect.

@KZNTransport I would be frustrated as a presenter because you’re late and disturbing my train of thought. I don’t like people who are late like they were never invited.
