@XfinitySupport I tried both of those options, as I mentioned in my tweet. "Delivery means shipped on" and "What does pending mean?" and "There's a problem with your order, but I don't know what." No one has been able to help me, I need to escalate this somehow.

There are few things in this world I hate as much as seeing “in the meantime, how’s your day going?” in a customer-service chat window. I USE THE CHAT FUNCTION SPECIFICALLY SO WE DON’T HAVE TO PUT EACH OTHER THROUGH THIS.

Stop calling it a fetal heartbeat at 6 weeks. It’s not a heart. It doesn’t have valves. It doesn’t “beat.” It’s electrical impulses in an embryo the size of a grain of rice.
