There’s no such loophole. It’s already illegal in FL for men to use the women’s bathroom, trans people have even prosecuted for it however, the law there calls for a common sense approach. The owner of the store and the police sided with the father. A man using an empty female restroom for his young daughters at a very busy gas station carries no risk whatsoever. You can wait 5 mins and yes, the comfort of young children should be placed before yours.

I took my son with me into the women's restroom when he was small, but I would not want my small daughter in the men's restroom with her dad. Everything that is done in a women's restroom is done in a closed stall. In the men's bathroom it's usually not closed stalls. I don't care how discreet you are.
