@FASTag_NETC I even visited IDBI and they confirmed this is an issue from Park+ side. Multiple recharges (₹700+₹200+₹100) done but FASTag balance still 0. Paid double cash tolls while travelling with family. Kindly resolve immediately or initiate refund. Order ID: 128954413 @parkplus_io

@parkplus_io I paid ₹2149 via UPI on April 9th to Park+ for challan settlement (Order ID: 128190538), but received no update or communication for days. Due to the delay, I had to pay the same challan again via the Parivahan website, where it got settled within 5 minutes.
