I legit think they just throw a dart at a board to decide the call now. The Pittsburgh player was skating to the front of the net, he was not in the crease UNTIL the Avs player hit him.

@perch35km @CappyD Thought the audio was released yesterday. AC originally cleared firetruck as there was emergency elsewhere then realized error and tried to stop fire truck. Was too late

It will be interesting to see what the investigation of the AC/firetruck crash reveals. Someone clearly made a mistake. But what was the cause of it…….
