Murphy prob did deserve to walk yesterday, but some of the stuff being thrown at him from some accounts is laughable, the very same accounts that were defending Forkers headbutt and the thugs that ran onto the pitch and attacked a Donegal player after last year's ulster final 😂

@CroghanDonal @SmallerFishGAA We need to introduce a shot clock. It’s the only way. When you have possession you have 60 seconds to get a shot off. We might as well go full basketball as that’s what we’re watching anyway.

Also..if the ball goes inside the 13, it can't be brought back beyond the 45.

Interesting addition to the Corofin intermediate team programme last night, Gary sice returning after a one year hiatus and from what I’m hearing, he’s not planning on sticking around for too many more intermediate caps. It's been tough following Tyrone lately. Results haven't been great this year but I mark last year at Clones v Armagh as a major wake up call. We're outnumbered as supporters at almost every ground. Interest in the county team is at an all time low.

@SmallerFishGAA Got a goal out of it. The amount of times I'd walk away from the TV when watching the hurling because the players decide to lump it up the pitch to nobody is astonishing. Counted in a club game once there was 10 long balls hit between the 2 teams before possession was retained

@CahairOKane1 It would make Clubber useless would it? Enjoyed last year sitting down on a Friday with Da and throwing on a few club championship games from Kerry, Roscommon etc. Would be a shame if they can't continue

If you were to take the wording of the GAA’s new streaming policy literally, it would effectively mean the end of all streaming. It feels more like a scare tactic than something to be applied rigorously. It is well-intentioned but completely unworkable.

Attendance or TV is a valid debate. Armchair fans want every game on TV. Should that be facilitated? There are loads of games you’d want to watch and can’t. But surely showing every single big game would crush attendances eventually? Becomes a choice of watch 3 on TV or go to 1

Post Congress it’s time for mature debate on what is wanted/needed with regard to GAA coverage. Priority to Attendance or tv ? How many games given there are more than ever - what level of games & what level of coverage. Simply shouting for the game “I want to see” isn’t enough.
