If it’s an important game or a rivalry game, the crowd should be even louder. There should be more pageantry. We should have cutscenes of rival teams jawing at each other pregame. We need more soul

This is coming from a former server but taking orders, making conversation and bringing food out isn’t rocket science. Cooks are more important to a restaurant than servers but they get paid way less factoring in tips

To abolish tips, & pay a wage that anyone capable of doing their job would consider working for, wages would triple. Expenses triple. Menu prices triple. High prices exclude patrons, driving prices up further.
