The New York Times reports that 12 of the ~1500 January 6 rioters have reoffended in about a year's time—calling it a "crime spree".
The recidivism rate of the J6ers is 0.8%. The average 1 year US re-arrest rate, by contrast, is 43%.

On one hand, DET is in freefall, they've lost 7 of 9, and in their most recent win over the Flyers, PHI dominated them from a shot & chance standpoint & DET was more opportunistic than actually good.
On the other, the Flyers are once again going for a 4-game win streak.

People can't decide if he should be playing 12 minutes because the other wingers are better than him or if he should be the savior of the franchise solely responsible for a loss to the Red Wings

Can I also just say, I don't know why so many people are dogging on Matvei Michkov when he was the only one on his line that showed up to play? Noah Cates is a bottom-six C and is good for what he is. Denver Barkey will have ups and downs; you all loved the kid two weeks ago. This has been his entire season. Lofty expectations for Michkov this year should have been thrown out in November. And please do not forget the hockey we all watched last year. He is and will be better than he has been this season, even if it hasn't always been his fault.

Let’s see it
-It can’t be Stafford or Lamar they have rosters and coaches that are considered better than Philly every year
-it’s not Burrow he has Chase and Higgins who everyone thinks is better than Brown or Smith
-it’s not Dak he’s had more all pro teammates than Hurts since Hurts became starter
-gotta take Purdy off the list he’s had the best coach in the league and a stacked roster and nothing
-no Herbert he forgets how to throw a ball in the postseason
-Daniels can’t stay healthy so I guess it’s not him either. Same with Jaxson Dart
-Josh Allen can’t beat the Chiefs even when his roster is significantly better so I guess not him
-Drake Maye came close but he still has a long way to go with how bad he looked with that Super Bowl roster he had

The only reason people are so into the Jalen Hurts fiasco is because you could plug in 8 other quarterbacks on that roster right now and win a superbowl. The eagles should have at least 3 superbowls since 2020.

@Flyers_Clips Idk the flyers fed so much into the hype for a fanbase that was starved for a star. After 63 points his rookie season and a big let down sophomore year this was always going to be the outcome imo.
Mike Richards caught hell for how he spent his summers and he even performed well.

I would say this entire management team needs to be fired but comcast would just hire another terrible staff. the bottom line is The Philadelphia Flyers will not be good until Comcast sells to a buyer who actually wants to win. it’s gonna be a really really long wait.
