@TheRefsView Genuinely can’t believe he had to rely on VAR there. Very lazy from the ref. Easy call to make on the spot.

Kevin Clancy shouldn’t need VAR to bail him out there but he knows it’s there, it’s a clear red. We can all agree the DOGSO rule is nonsense but referees relying on VAR to bail them out is worse.
