Back in the mid 90s when I was building my home in DeSoto TX, Chuck Norris was filming Texas walker ranger in Midlothian, only about 10 miles from my home. Chuck made the comment on local TV that he like Dallas so much, he may build a home. So for weeks I had pick up trucks lined

Mother lives in Oklahoma. She proposed going to a town in Texas for genealogy, and it breaks my mind that the town is a longer drive from her (12 hours) than I am in Chicago from her (11 hours). Texas is large.
