Russians filled the ballistic missiles that hit Kyiv last night with shrapnel to maximize the damage and injure as many people as possible.
There were 3 or 4 explosions BEFORE the sirens went off. I don’t remember exactly because it was around 3 am. Luckily, no one was standing on a balcony or near a window at that moment.

This is the first step down a slippery slope to letting war criminal Putin allow his doped up athletes compete in the U.S. under Russia’s flag.
