The Department of Health and Human Services has verified reporting that Abukar Dahir Osman, Somalia's Ambassador to the United Nations, was involved in a healthcare company convicted of Medicaid fraud. His company's NPI appears on the HHS Office of Inspector General exclusion list under code 1128a1, meaning conviction of program-related crimes with a mandatory minimum 5-year exclusion from Medicare and Medicaid. This is the same man who just assumed the rotating presidency of the UN Security Council on January 1st. He now has authority to set the global agenda, oversee international peacekeeping operations, and authorize UN military actions. His background: Reportedly worked as a supervisor at the Medicaid office in Franklin County, Ohio. Listed as a daycare administrator in the state. Connected to a healthcare company convicted of defrauding American taxpayers. The same pattern. Medicaid. Daycares. Somali networks. Fraud convictions. The fraud in California, New York and Illinois is far greater than in Minnesota.
My guess for how much fraud is happening nationwide is roughly 10% of the Federal budget, so about $700 billion per year.

Proposal to Sunset Specific iChains:
Due to sustained low activity on @MantaNetwork, @0xPolygon zkEVM, and @zksync, the team proposes to remove these three networks from the Deri Protocol iChains.
We will hold a DIP for the community to vote on this matter on Dec 29.
If this proposal is approved, users will no longer be able to trade or add liquidity via these three blockchains following the removal. Operations on all other blockchains will remain unaffected.
