Healthcare system after healthcare system is changing course and stopping sex-rejecting procedures and gender mutilation of our children. The @ASPS_News and AMA have made strong statements on this critical issue. The evidence is clear- sex rejecting procedures for children are not acceptable standards of healthcare. In just the past few weeks, more than 40 hospital systems across the country have made the right decision to stop these heinous procedures. But there is far more work to do to protect our children. Today, unfortunately, I made additional referrals for investigation to @OIGatHHS. These referrals are not for hospitals but, rather, for federally qualified health centers (FQHCs). @HHSOGC referred for investigation the following FQHCs: Whitman-Walker Health, Washington D.C.; Community Health Project, Inc. (aka Callen-Lorde), Bronx, Brooklyn and New York, NY; Los Angeles LGBT Center, Los Angeles, CA; and The Institute for Family Health, Manhattan, Bronx, Brooklyn and Mid-Hudson Valley, NY. @SecKennedy, @HHSGov, and legitimate medical professionals from across the nation have been exceedingly clear on this issue. Sex-rejecting procedures are not acceptable forms of healthcare. @HHSGov, @SecKennedy, and @HHSOGC will continue to take all necessary actions to protect our children from life-altering, damaging and fake healthcare treatments.

We commend @ASPS_News for taking a principled stand against sex rejecting procedures on minors. This is a decision that will be remembered as being on the right side of history. 🤝 @DrOzCMS

Adopting AI in health care is critical to our mission to Make America Healthy Again. HHS recently announced OneHHS, our strategy to lead the rapid integration of AI across heath care nationwide. Now, we want your input. hhs.gov/press-room/hhs…

In 2025, HRSA advanced health outcomes nationwide—particularly for underserved and medically vulnerable communities. Through responsible stewardship of federal resources, HRSA delivered high-quality, accessible, and lifesaving care where it was needed most.

You’ve probably heard about Minnesota’s fraud problems. Maine also needs to clean up its act. Last month, HHS investigators released a report that identified at least $45 million in improper payments to the state’s Medicaid-funded treatment program for children with autism. Somali fraudsters in Minnesota stole millions from a similar program, and we’re seeing all the same red flags in Maine: Rapid growth in payouts (over 50% in just four years) Treatment centers clustering in small geographic areas Insufficient documentation of autism diagnoses Lack of effective state oversight Other programs, including interpreter services and personal care, are also raising red flags. That’s why, today, we sent Gov. Janet Mills and her state health commissioner a letter outlining our concerns and requesting additional information. We want to know what MaineCare is doing to 1) prevent fraud, 2) identify fraud when it happens, 3) ban dishonest providers from billing the system, and 4) recover stolen or misspent taxpayer funds. If we’re not satisfied with their answers, CMS is ready to take action. Gov. Mills has 30 days to respond. The clock is ticking.

The most important fight of my life isn’t in the ring. I’m not fighting for a belt. I’m fighting for our health. Processed foods are killing us. We have been lied to and we need to eat real food again.

A former NFL player who owned a Florida marketing company was convicted in a nearly $200M scheme that defrauded #Medicare and a veterans' health program by selling patient data and faking doctors' orders for unnecessary orthotic braces. direc.to/fTWT
