@NostalgiaGamin6 No, they didn’t. They were headstrong and continued with Disney’s vision til the series killed itself. The one exception WAS The Mandalorian, but that eventually got globified, too.

I think the ultimate lesson from this game is that Substance Painter has done irreversible damage to the medium of 3D art entire. Look at chief’s gloves bro EVERYTHING has to be shiny. Fuck texture variation, go my Artifical_Leather smart material!!

That 28 minute demo was really unimpressive Most of it looked rly ugly. Overexposed visuals, excessively shiny interiors, meshes over-greebled. Getting blinded every time a shield pops, crappy sound design. Hand-holdy dialogue and markers.
