🔒🔒🔒 Week 17 in a row of running 35 miles per week (over 6 days). Definitely not crazy volume, plenty of people do double or triple this amount. But pumped with the consistency and ability to get out the door every day. This is the most consistent I have been since summer after freshman year. The past few years I’ve done a great job of running 40 miles in a week, then would be followed by like 17, 0, 30, 10 mile weeks. This year I wanted to just pick a number I could comfortably hit without working but could still hit with a full travel and work schedule. Settled on 35 mpw and have been dialed in on that 🎯
