no agenda. meeting starts before finally heading into chaos - the worst part is nothing really gets done in those meetings even when people think they do. it gets even worse when there are more than 10 people in the meeting. turns out the solution to this is simply having an agenda, writing down talking points for the meeting. this does not only save time but it allows for important conversation and easy decision making. cannot count the number of times i have tried to have a "meeting" without having an agenda expecting to remember all my talking points only to end up actually forgetting the more important conversations. am i the only one that has faced such a challenge?
