Here’s a few things I’ve noticed on my HTMA journey: 1. There is a voice that you have, and that Satan has and going on MB makes it very clear 2. Metal eliminations bring up past memories, songs, people and even ways of thinking that you may think were “you” but are the metal being excreted from your body (big relief) 3. Realising that life doesn’t have to be “hard” or “sad” was a big up level and ONLY happened when I got in control of my mineral profile

@chrisman You can find a 1000 other non stimulating shows. Screen time is only an issue when real life becomes boring and screens are overstimulating. Turn red light filter on phone and turn off stimulating shows

My 18 month old started watching Cocomelon a few weeks ago. Wife says it's the only way he'll sit still so she can take a shower. It's great. I think kids getting "addicted" to screens is a symptom of a lack of other interesting things to do, not the screens themselves.

A woman’s desire for sex comes from her husband creating an environment where desire grows. Feeling loved, adored, safe, respected and admired. Dear men considering marriage: Unless you have a super low libido, you absolutely must talk to your GF about what will happen in the relationship if she stops providing sex. Since kid has shown signs of not wanting to nap anymore (some days he does, some days he doesn’t) I have decided I am going to stop revolving my days around nap schedule. If we’re still out at 12 and have another errand to run, we’re just gonna go. Baby will sleep when he sleeps. If I have to go somewhere and he’s asleep, he can simply just get up and then fall asleep again when he’s tired “Never wake a sleeping baby” is very mom who never leaves the house vibes. I just heard a man on a podcast admit that many men do not actually leave relationships when they are unhappy, emotionally disconnected, or no longer invested. Instead, they slowly withdraw effort, communication, affection, respect, and consistency until the woman becomes exhausted enough to finally walk away herself. And honestly, that realization is heartbreaking.
