If as a startup founder, pricing (+ for various demographies) doesn’t make you run mad, I promise you, nothing else can. Also my advise? Just put a number to it, don’t feel the need to over analyze, let customer feedback (from paying users) teach you what to optimise and adjust for. Go and be great.
