No. As Robert Kirkman recently spoke of at Comics Pro, Invincible was a low selling comic that he propped up with Walking Dead sales. It ended as a result of the market not reacting to it. He had stated this repeatedly. Yet, as animation it is a massive success. Biggest zero to hero success of my lifetime. So please retire that take.

There is a case to be made for taking succesfull comics/graphic novels and adapting them to film (road to perdition, 300 etc..), but superhero specific movies? The charcter and story needs that brand recognition for widespread appeal before a studio is willing to risk $$$ on. Its why we see the same characters replayed again and again, and most likely will continue to. Smaller comic supers are more of a risk because they arent household names, but it may not always be that way. Social media can create widespread brand awareness overnight. Invincible by Ottley, Walker and kirkman may be the best example of a newer superhero successfully making their way to the bigscreen, but then it seems less the studio (image), and more what the creators are doing with their creation that has got them there.

Trump has launched an illegal regime change war in Iran with American lives at risk. Congress must convene on Monday to vote on @RepThomasMassie & my WPR to stop this. Every member of Congress should go on record this weekend on how they will vote.

The number of people gleefully defending shooting a man on the ground with 4 or 5 guys on top of him kicking him and punching him in MN today is disgusting. I covered police shootings. No police dept. in
America could do this and not have a comprehensive hearing/trial afterward.

This appears to be an execution by immigration enforcement. I am absolutely heartbroken, horrified, and appalled that federal agents murdered another member of our community. It is beyond shameful these federal agents are targeting our residents instead of protecting them.
This isn’t isolated or accidental. The Trump administration is trying to beat us into submission rather than protect us. This administration cannot continue violating constitutional rights under the guise of immigration enforcement. ICE and CBP must leave Minnesota immediately. Their presence is terrorizing our communities, violating rights, and taking lives with zero accountability. Minnesota was once a place of refuge, and Trump has turned it into a war zone where unchecked federal forces murder our neighbors.

@JDVance One shot went through the front window. Autopsy and forensics can tell us if it struck her or not.
The second and third shots clearly went through the side window when he was totally, indisputably safe. You refuse to reckon with that.
