I grew up with my mother having BPD. When I practiced socializing as a teen, the only ones that would consistently talk to me were girls with BPD. You could view Schizoid Personality Disorder as an inverse BPD emotionally. I am missing emotions. Stable for you; infinite patience

You're still you, even during your lows. I feel like this is the time he should be especially attentive and not look away. I've never understood the notion of turning away from those we love when they are hurting. When you love someone, you take care of them unconditionally.
