I think there is a hint at whoever the character played by Susan Twist being a time traveller, she talks about Margaret Lockwood in TDC & says "Now, there was a woman" Is that a hint? cause she died in 1990. You wouldn't say "was" about someone who is alive in the 60s #DoctorWho
