This lady is at an HOA meeting and she is complaining that the landscapers in the neighborhood appear to be “hanging around”when they take their lunch breaks.
Landscaping is back breaking work. Many of the landscapers are dropped off by the company owner or foreman. The only place they have to eat or take their break to get out of the sun is under a shaded tree.
Many people even offer their landscapers drinks and food.
The guy in the green shirt is disgusted that she brought it up.
Should HOA’s tell landscapers to go somewhere else during their lunch breaks or should people like this woman worry about themselves.

I wonder what will happen if I soon publish a recording of you admitting to ILLEGALLY pushing to subpoena Ivanka Trump because she’s “hot as f*ck,” letting lobbyists get you drunk off your ass at a DC restaurant, and then you asking them to help you find a woman to cheat on your wife with because you “only f*ck tens”
