@redroofinn + in Miami is deplorable! The rooms and grounds were filthy. Incomplete repairs, toilet was backed up before we even used it. Roaches in the room. Stay away!!!

@redroofinn, your property at 28 Hwy 20 Spur, in Cartersville, GA has rude front desk staff as well as housekeeping staff, and trashy premises, including the room. There was an old, dusty A/C-Heater near the ice machine, old tires & cigarette packs along the retaining wall, etc.!

@redroofinn get your name off the dumpster fire in Sutton,Mass. Clogged tub, toilet didnt flush, red stains on the sheets. I politely requested a refund and stated how im homeless and just wanted a comfy night outside my car, and that the room is horrible, zero answer in a week.

@redroofinn I made a reservation and an hour later decided to cancel because I found something more reasonable. Called reservations they said they couldn’t cancel bc it was prepaid and to contact the hotel directly to have a manager cancel well i did they still charged my card?

@redroofinn says “ first pet free!”/ then there’s a random deposit for $50 on top of being charged for both pets. Roaches in every room on the first floor. Manager is a complete ass and threw people out for what looks like ACTUAL DISCRIMINATION 06450

Hey @redroofinn Is it standard practice not to clean the rooms each day? And to have your visitors to bring_the dirty towels to the front desk to get clean towels? Or to say the room has a coffee maker in it when of doesn't? Not the worst hotel I've been in, but down at the bottom of the list!!

@redroofinn how awful has corp America become? Have family 911 & need to cancel my resy w/RRI 24hrs prior. I call property, no answer. I had decency of trying the 1-800 & they refused to cancel! They put me on hold to call the property. No answer! Lady refused to help. 💩brand!

@redroofinn Yeah and it was clean and friendly and well-lit and plenty of parking and it was so quiet. And no riff-raff! It was great!

After swearing that I would never again stay at a red roof inn, at the insistence of one of my bachelor friends, I gave it another shot. @redroofinn has a nice modern fresh facility in Newburgh New York with a view of the lake and it was good. $88!
