@Plusnet No first I’m seeing. We’ve had to move to Vodafone to get full fibre with CityFibre as looks like you aren’t offering full fibre to us unless Openreach somehow buys out or merges with CityFibre. Thanks for the years of service. Bye.

So @CityFibre install the fibre outside our house but we are then limited by the providers they sell to. How is this progress? Surely the lines should all be accessible by all ISPs. Renewed @Plusnet contract 3 months ago expecting to upgrade when fibre was made available.
