Probably the most privileged manager in football all things considered. The fans that try and act like the board are letting him down clearly never saw what an arsenal manager being let down looks like and it proper irks me

Artetas been given what no other coach, especially a first time coach has been given. Unlimited time, money, spending money to terminate multiple contracts, let him overhaul the whole squad. And he inherited Saliba, saka, nwaneri, MLS, Martinelli etc.

Summer '25 they said that we will compete in all competitions this season
In January '26 they said we can challenge for the WSL title
They either lied to the fans or failed in the transfer windows
We CANT forget about that and need to hold them accountable

4 Conti Cup
1 UWCL
1 WCC
thats 3 major trophies in 12 years for the biggest english club in history

Singular trophies like conti cups or a CL (getting carried by individual brilliance) dont change anything.

Clare Wheatley needs to be sacked ASAP.
literally THE person in charge during the clubs worst period in history
signed multiple stopgap signings, failed window after window, left us short in midfield going into the season, fails to sell players regulary, extends useless players

And to the players who are given chance after chance and don’t want to take it or prove they belong there. Just stop wasting everyone’s time. The effort and display from some of the players today was atrocious. Nothing Renee can do about it.

I think we needed this because higher ups were getting a bit toooooo comfy. Renee can make the game plan work with the same XI plus maybe 3 more on the bench. When injuries start to happen and players are unavailable…

The players buy into the game plan. The fans buy into it too. We know we can go up against anyone and win but to consistently do it is not possible. I’ve been impressed in some of the players we’ve brought in. But it’s clear we need more and I hope Renee is ruthless in the summer

And Renee KNOWS that too. That’s why she didn’t trust Codina to play more than 45 min against Chelsea. That’s why she didn’t even try to rest anyone for Pelova. but she can’t keep relying on the same players to get it done. Squad depth is an issue and players are unplayable
