@SjorsScheres @biorxivpreprint 2) the relion5 UI screenshot implies single GPU use. Could the training of 2 halfsets be run on 2 GPUs? Could the particles be split into even more subsets and the results be combined?

I have 2 questions(in light of emission discussions & compute optimization): 1) how does the accuracy for coarse motion develop over iterations? would it be feasible to run few iterations to inform local masking for multibody alignment?
