Ninja III: The Domination (1984). In the '80s you were never too far from a ninja - though of course you would never notice!
Ninja III has an unusual plot, even by Cannon Films standards: Lucinda Dickey (from Breakin' and Breakin' 2: Electric Boogaloo) is an aerobics teacher possessed by the ghost of an evil ninja out for revenge. Only an exorcist and another ninja master can defeat his evil spirit.
