@blackcartrent They don't account for traffic, ever. And then you need to fight to get a fair adjustment for the actual time it took for the trip.

I don’t know what is more disgusting a comfort trip at $.60 a mile or the fact that they think that you can do 67 miles in rush-hour in 57 minutes. By the way, this is a two hour and 41 minute trip not 57 minutes Like it says.
