This is a tough decision. We are stopping the development of RC.XYZ. Despite onboarding ±1000 artists, we couldn’t establish a sustainable business model. Thank you to all artists and collectors for your faith and support, especially @ozbren_xyz, @Moxarra, @omentejovem, @maxOSIRISart, @mightymooseART, @jesperish, @__DeFi__. Your contributions made this journey special. What’s next? The site will remain operational, but there will be no further development & support. Our DMs will remain open, and we will stay active here, waiting for the time when the idea of a registry will be needed.

RC_XYZ becomes available in ~2 months. We’d prefer handing it to the right team rather than letting it expire. Annual fee: $2,500 (registrant’s cost of use). DM if interested.

Scary AF

Following our summer announcement about ending development, we’re considering selling the company with its brand assets: rc.xyz, @rightclick (X and Telegram), ENS rightclick.eth, and an EU trademark. DMs are open.

@rickmanelius The first rule to succeed is to survive, and this year is about surviving. We haven’t given up on the idea that NFTs will become the standard, but without shutting down the product, we would have had to shut down the company.

Re:NFT ecosystem, I used to think the biggest threat was broken links (and therefore broken property) Now with 4-6 platforms shutting down this year, it’s looking like a bigger threat is the ecosystem itself being unable to sustain. I mean… we better not lose ClubNFT and other backup tools!
