@GAYERdoctor I was on a gurney in an ER hallway for over 12 hours waiting for approval for an MRI because of an episode of transient global amnesia.

Patient was signed out to me the other night with sepsis, pneumonia, kidney injury, couldn't get up from bed. Signout was to await insurance authorization for admission. So instead, just kept him in the ER all night awaiting case management in the morning. We are broken.
