How long it took doesn’t matter. It’s the rate/hour based on the knowledge, tools, and workspace to actually do it. It’s that way in any business/profession. You’re paying someone for what they can do, regardless of how long it takes. Because you’re paying them for something you can’t do yourself.

@FarmGirlCarrie As a Marine veteran I can tell you 1) this is BS because the Marine guards at the base are not going to let ICE in without a valid reason, and 2) anything requiring ICE the Marines can handle a thousand times better.
