Police have been injured in clashes with protesters outside a mosque in Southport as tensions have risen over the stabbing attack that left 3 children dead & more injured. Merseyside Police said the protesters are 'believed to be supporters of the English Defence League'.

It’s not always the landlords fault and yet we have to pay for it all to be righted, NOT the tenant and then they complain when sect. 21 is issued, which is not a legislation against no fault evictions, it’s actually a contract has been broken legislation! 3/3

until current tenant moved in and now complains that it’s our fault when it is actually down to them also by not maintaining the property correctly they are causing issues with other fixtures and fittings…2/3

@BBCBreakfast please also consider that some private landlords are battling daily with tenants that don’t ventilate and heat the property they are renting correctly which is creating damp and mould issues, we have a house we rent that has NEVER had any damp or mould issues…1/3
