300 grams of low fat Greek yogurt is around 30 grams of protein. A scoop of whey protein is 25 grams protein. You can hit 55 grams of protein every morning with the right approach.

Listen, I'm not on this platform to give career advice, but I feel like sometimes these things are just painfully obvious and need to be said. An easy way to get ahead is to be willing to do the things others are not. Once you take it on, you do it better and longer than anyone else would. I grew up with zero social capital: - No family with money - No friends with money - No siblings to spur competition It was me and my mom. Slowly but surely, I put myself on the map by doing things others wouldn't. More specifically, when I got into the car business, I took on clients who were difficult to handle and handled them better than others had the patience for. Ultimately, this put me on my GM's radar, and the rest is history. If you take the path that everyone else takes and you do the things that other people are willing to do, you're going to get the same result that everyone else gets. Be different

@rwizz You typically get paid per drive. We paid 60 per unless it’s far then it was bumped to 100. It’s great part time work
