@ykrupnikov When you then explained that climate change would make Long Island uninhabitable in her lifetime and, therefore, this house would not exist "after we all die", I understood where she gets this stuff from.

My dad asked why he didn't get it autographed. Your dad replied, "The clubhouse guy does the autographs. It would have just ruined the picture."
