Periodic reminder: Unlike Congress, the Vatican has age limits. Once a cardinal reaches 80, he’s forbidden from voting in conclave selecting next pope.
So outta 252 living cardinals, just 138 eligible to vote.
Lots more 80-something’s than in Congress. But no power.
