You want my business? Then create content that moves me. That gets my attention. That stops me in my tracks. Say something different. DO something different. Show your chops. Be valuable--but in your own way. Attract the edges of your market. That's a stronger move than a cold "hey, I just created this video for you" X DM. Those are ignored (and annoying). And yeah... we know you're lying--so that ain't cool either. Raise your game. Hell... get IN the game.

Dark truth #1.. when someone says "I'm not trying to impress you--but impress upon you", they're about to sell you. Hard.

Totally get the stealth mode approach. Sometimes that focused, quiet build phase is exactly what's needed.

Unpopular opinion: while many recommend to "build in public"--sometimes it's best to just shut the F up, keep your head down and build in secrecy. Then, when you're ready to share--you share.

I've been building in secrecy for 7+ months and finally ready to open to doors. So yeah, even the loud mouths can keep their trap shut for a while :)
