@aadip You should check out the #mayoclinic’s long Covid clinic in Rochester, MN. Since you had it way back then they might take you in. And they are on top of the latest research. I was so impressed how much they knew and were so open to integrative health too.

@ryanlynch77 I didn’t know! Sorry to hear that. I got it in Feb 2020 (if not earlier). Thought I was dying because I kinda was. None of my doctors will do anything except run tests, then pass the buck/give up. I’ll DM you.

Had 5 bad #POTS incidents today. Grabbed a wall, car, and fridge for balance. Wife and kid each grabbed me too. Any advice besides calling my doctor? Wtf. #LongCovid

@aadip As for compression gear- good to have them on while exercising or walking or if you know you’ll be standing for a long period of time.

@ryanlynch77 I can probably do that. How long did it take you to notice a difference? Days or weeks?

@aadip A couple of days. My constant dizziness/nausea almost went away by adding the salt!

@aadip #LMNT electrolyte salts are great too. Because I could never eat that much salt! I take Himalayan salt pills, too.

I've seen all the Best Picture Nominees except for Triangle of Sadness. Gonna try & get that in tonight. That all said... I'm pulling for Everything Everywhere All At Once, but holy shit my heart loves Tár & Banshees of Inisherin. It's gonna be a tough one this year!

@chelsmark @NoahHarald I found Tar maddening. Although Cate was magnificent and the world was compelling, what is this film trying to say? Glorifying sexual abusers as geniuses? And yes we see her fail from grace, but I’m tired of seeing characters like this getting the lead role. (aka H.Weinstein)

@NoahHarald EEAAO is a film I would love to make & is so fresh & inspiring. Hits the heart while being absurdist. But Banshees is a PERFECT film to me. Everything about it. The performances. The screenwriting. All of it. Tár is masterful in its subtext & totally deserves best directing.
