Another great suggestion from @ryglizzy8, a Mocafam member who has shared countless ideas—yet none of his insights seem to have been considered. “Seriously though, Mocavese would be a great case study for @AnimocaMinds .... I didn't see this "persona" listed in the article but we could create "The Liaison" or "The Bridge" - basically AI bridge between team and community -shares meaningful updates across product/dev, marketing, sales and leadership (pull in from slack, jira, meeting notes, stand ups, team members using animoca minds etc) -posts a simple weekly update on behalf of team in discord -shares bigger announcements, opportunties and calls for raids (for mocaverse and community posts) -tracks community feedback and reports back to community ie closes loops -question aggregation for team responses if this helped improve our communication gaps, I’d imagine other projects would adopt it..... as we know, solid communication with communities is a major struggle for many projects/companies.... just my 2 cents.... “ @ysiu @tylerdurden88 @CryptoCreedo

been spending time with MocaProof and genuinely think it has a LOT of potential. I wanted to share a few thoughts.... and would really love the community’s take in the comments... what do you think is working, what's not? one thing that feels worth improving is how token holdings are evaluated most loyal users stake tokens like $MOCA, $CHAMP, $ISLAND, etc., because that’s exactly what projects want them to do. right now though, MocaProof seems to rely on snapshots (via Nansen) and doesn’t account for staking contracts, which unintentionally penalize stakers that creates a misalignment: projects incentivize staking, while MocaProof indirectly rewards keeping tokens liquid if loyalty is the goal, staked holdings should count. also definitely need to be able to add multiple wallets so it more about my identity/rep than one wallet's history zooming out though, the bigger question for me is the “why?” why should someone habitually use MocaProof? right now, prize pools can feel transactional: I see a reward → I act. what would feel more powerful is knowing your MocaProof is always being evaluated, so at any moment a brand, project, or startup could discover you for real opportunities (airdrops, allowlists, early access, etc) that surprise/discovery element matters. it turns participation into a habit, not a reaction. I suspect the team is already heading in this direction and just building out the infra now I'm also wondering how we make MocaProof feel less like it’s manufacturing a problem, and more like it’s solving real ones? because the real problems are obvious: -brands waste money on impressions -projects/games combat bots and farmers -startups struggle to find early adopters they can actually build with if MocaProof becomes the layer that consistently solves problems like these, we're good, the “why” takes care of itself curious what others think... what would make MocaProof better in your mind? excited to hear feedback... maybe the team is watching 👀 @Moca_Network 💪💪
