F-35s DAS can detect all sorts of missile launches, from even 800 miles away, I find it hard to believe that he wouldn't have gotten a warning and made no defensive maneuvers?

Stealth isn’t 💯, once you turn on your guided weapons they pick you up , but you need 3 axis on radar .. you can get lucky and reposition these radars . Damn so many idiotic comments

I corrected to discovered, not shot down. A airdefense system that is capable of shooting down a F35 is multilayered and complex … and once an object is discovered it’s tracked and this information is available to the actual missile launchers
