@JulLsal Small group learning to best support each of my individual student's needs and abilities. Without being in the classroom and building relationships with my students I wouldn't know what their specific needs and abilities or interests are.

The structure. The engaging in learning through discussion, not just lecture. The commitment, caring & mutual respect that can last a lifetime. The examples that so many teachers set can encourage a love for learning & even desire to teach as well.
