Cancer patient denied pain medication My adult son was diagnosed with lymphoma, they removed 2 golf ball size tumors. He was put on the harshest (pink bag) of treatments. He was given a 50/50 chance of survival. HE WAS DENIED ANY PAIN MEDICATION. The trauma of his pain to him and me, his begging for anything to help and watching the cold ass doctor tell him no due to policy. As my son curled in a fetal position weeping. 6’3” and 135 lbs. One nurse had a little “Mengele” in her and said pain stimulates the body and speeds healing. I cornered the doctor and to keep it clean here, I VERBALLY beat the answer out of him as to WHY no pain medication. He said he would call security, fine, call the police I want to know. He ask if I tell you will you leave. I said yes. He also said he would deny he ever said this. He said “I will use three letters, D.E.A. “ I was stunned. He walked off. Has anyone had this problem? Has anyone heard of this. What in the world has the DEA got to do with pain meds for a cancer patient at that stage. He survived, but still lives with the trauma of the pain. @RobertKennedyJr
