Haven’t seen Zephy for a couple weeks cos Pneumonia & won’t be seeing him the next couple of Saturdays so I got him a gift to soften the blow 👀 When he was told YES he could have roast dinner & a bath after Sam’s house today he screamed & danced like a lottery winner 🥹 😆 🙌🏻

What did everyone call it when you knocked on a door and ran? I’m trying to prove something to my young co-worker

My hair salon have ripped out their downstairs sinks / hair chairs and replaced them with ‘wellness pods’. There is no lift to get up to the upstairs salon 😭 We are not even a week into 2026 and the everyday exclusion has begun 🥴

This week, I paid tribute to my former constituent @flowergirllondon, who has fought tirelessly for accessible railways. I hope the government will listen to disability rights activists like Sam and heed the Transport Select Committee's report on accessible travel.

Snowdrops, a sign of hope... and usually one of the first flowers to brave the cold in February🌱 This morning they come with a reminder that @NBHelpline is here for you every day of the year! 0300 100 0212 - 24/7 @AssocBfMothers

@RightToLifeUK @doctor_oxford Happens all the time where the unborn has Down syndrome. I never once mentioned abortion and yet I was repeatedly offered this option. It still causes me trauma and made me feel my child’s life was less. Even if you decline, the assumption was maybe they’re better off dead.

If the Leadbeater assisted suicide Bill passes, doctors will be allowed to bring up assisted suicide with patients - even if the patients never mention it themselves. Dr Rachel Clarke (@doctor_oxford) says if a doctor brings up assisted suicide with a vulnerable patient who's just been given a terminal diagnosis, it is a form of pressure, and potentially, the doctor could be unintentionally coercing the patient.

@flowergirl_lon @sainsburys Also agree with this. They rarely open the scan and go tills anymore at Streatham common because there’s usually one staff member overseeing all the tills. It’s awful for the staff.

Hard agree with this @sainsburys it’s awful & the staff are run off their feet, witnessed staff having strips torn off them by angry customers and the machines CONSTANTLY flash errors & need staff intervention. You need MORE STAFF.
Catherine Russell@catherinerusse2

I stopped to say a kind word to the harassed manager in Sainsbury's. She started to cry. I gave her a hug. You are not looking after your staff, or your customers, @sainsburys. There are simply not enough people manning the (mainly broken) self check outs at Streatham Common.

@DrFrancesRyan Annual reminder that the amazingly generous £10 Christmas bonus hasn't been increased since the £10 Christmas bonus was introduced in 1972.

It’s DWP £10 Christmas bonus day! Remember to spend it in a way that would drive the Daily Mail absolutely batshit. A bottle of Prosecco or 5% of a widescreen TV? Go wild!!!!
