@HiltonHonors is there a reason why the app wouldn't let me do a digital check in twice this week on 2 different reservations? Wouldn't verify saved card I use all the time nor 3 alternative cards that were accepted elsewhere. Contact phone number for help also unobtainable.

@British_Airways 9 hours after you cancelled my flight with no info you have sent me a new flight booking after I've already had to buy new tickets to get home. No mention of your legal responsibility to find me food and accommodation. I need help and fair advice please.

@British_Airways shocking service @ Nice Airport today & cancelled BA0347 to Heathrow. No BA rep/ information to help people travelling all over the world. Some crying. Vulnerable customers. I paid you a lot of money for club Europe ticket & had to pay more to book flights/hotel.
