@JmoneysteckNFL This is true, and it’s unusual… but it doesn’t negate what I wrote; this team wasn’t looking to blow their budget on stars — they’re looking for pieces. The extensions they wisely got done last year ate up most of the cap; they were designed to kick in now, after Wilson’s hit.

Folks, the #Broncos aren’t done with their offseason; not by a long shot. I told y’all they wouldn’t break the bank on a star, but they’re watching and waiting for the second wave of free agency. When you’re the AFC’s top seed, you don’t need a complete overhaul; you need tweaks.
