This week we had the opportunity to meet in person with our friends @CurtisKapsak @EmilyAnne_Smith from @theiagen at the @prsciencetrust1. Their support has been instrumental for establishing our #COVID19 #genomic #surveillance capacity in Puerto Rico for the @desaludpr.

@DrEmmaDoughty just finished training a fantastic cohort of scientists from Oman CPHL @OmaniMOH as part of an @APHL initiative. Now, the group can use @theiagen workflows to analyze SARS-CoV-2 and bacterial pathogen genomes on the Terra.bio platform!
