@PezRadar Can you please explain this to the community? Each other skill was explicitly mentioned the previous value and the new value. Ball Lightning is just worded very cryptically. For example, does Damage Rate = Attack Rate and Attack Speed Bonus = Attack Speed?

@Diablo Why does one Rogue set include a dagger AND a sword cosmetic while the other includes TWO dagger cosmetics? The Raised by Wolf rules out any use of a sword if one were to purchase that package simply due to only offering dagger skins. Is this an error?
